● Refund policy: In case there are no options for replacement, your money will be refunded within 10 days if deposited by the bank, and within 5 days for Easypaisa, or credit/debit card transactions.

● Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees and are inclusive of GST, and are listed on the site by the seller that is selling the product or service. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Order: You can submit an order for products by completing the details required on the order summary page and clicking the place order button. You can also place an order via phone call or a message.

Delivery: We make every effort to deliver all products within the delivery area within 3 working days of acceptance of your order. In case of any mishap or accident, the delivery time can be extended and we would inform you over a phone call or via email.

Payment: For standard delivery, we charge all payments in cash upon delivery of goods. There are no hidden charges applied.

Warranties: All products we sell come under our warranty section. If any product is found not up to the mark, we encourage our customers to send them back. We shall provide a full return and bear the shipping cost too.
